Network members wish to develop two main areas of
activity to help them ensure the long term
sustainability of their organisations.
The first is to investigate the potential for long term
income generation from a renewables initiative involving
ownership of a small number of wind turbines.
The second strand of activity, is to obtain specialist
business support for member organisations to undertake
an operations review and assessment of additional income
generation opportunities through social enterprise
activity. |

premises, income, staff and volunteers |

other network members |

the potential for
joint marketing of facilities |

| Thereafter we will produce appropriate publicity and
marketing materials and develop a programme of training
opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of
management boards. |
