The Coalfield Social Enterprise Network comprises organisations with close ties to the mining industry in Central Scotland, committed to working together to create sustainable wealth and social benefits for their communities.
 
An informal network of former miners' welfares and one stop shops which has been operating for a number of years, with 2 years funding from the Scottish Community Foundation the Network has employed a part time Development Officer to assist Members move their ideas and aspirations forward.

There are currently ten members of the Network, full details can be found on the Members page.
 
Croy Miners Welfare, Loanhead Miners Charitable Society, Loganlea Miners Welfare, Denbeath Miners Welfare, Coalburn Miners Welfare, Blantyre Miners Welfare, Auchinleck One Stop Shop, Lothian Mineworkers Convalescent Home, Scottish Mining Convalescent Trust and Scottish Mining Museum.
 
Associate / Supporter Members include the Coalfields Regeneration Trust, Coal Industry Social Welfare Organisation, Community Enterprise and Social Enterprise Scotland.

The organisation was formerly constituted in June 2008
